12.2 Upon termination of an account where no breach has occurred, ap77 will return the verified account balance to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, net of any outstanding obligations.
12.3 Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, ap77 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation.
